Shipping & Returns
How transit crates and fabric kits are dispatched from the United Kingdom, and how to send them back. All charges and refunds are shown and processed in US dollars ($).
Dispatch
Orders are packed and dispatched from the United Kingdom on business days. In-stock crates and fabric kits are typically prepared within 1–3 business days. You will receive a manifest card in each parcel listing the packed contents.
Shipping rates (USD)
- UK standard shipping: $9.00 per order.
- Free UK standard shipping on orders over $75.00.
- Delivery estimates are provided at dispatch; transit times are not guaranteed and vary by carrier.
We do not currently promise cross-border or expedited timelines. Rates and thresholds are quoted in USD and do not change with your billing country.
Returns
You may return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Items should be clean, dry and repacked with any tags and divider boards included.
- Email support@campingintl.shop with your order reference to start a return.
- Return shipping is arranged by you unless the item arrived faulty.
- Once we receive and check the item, we issue a refund to the original method in USD.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged or a crate is missing a listed part, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement part or a return at no shipping cost to you.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item. Refund amounts are calculated in US dollars. See our Refund Policy for full detail.
Payment status
