Refund Policy

Eligibility
You may request a refund on unused items in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Items must be clean, dry and repacked with any tags and divider boards included.
How to start
- Email support@campingintl.shop with your order reference.
- We confirm the return and, where needed, a return address.
- Send the item back; keep proof of postage.
Amounts & currency
- Refunds are calculated and issued in US dollars (USD, $).
- The product price is refunded in full once the returned item passes a condition check.
- Original shipping (for example $9.00 standard) is refunded only where the item was faulty or incorrect.
Timing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of us receiving the item, to the original payment method. Once online checkout is enabled, refunds return to the method used at that time.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, or a crate is missing a listed part, contact us within 14 days. We arrange a replacement part or a return at no shipping cost to you and refund in USD if you prefer.
Payment status
