What we collect
- Contact details you send us — name, email and message content.
- Order details if you place or reserve an order — items, quantities and delivery address.
- Basket contents you build are stored only in your own browser (local storage) and are not transmitted to us until you email them.
We do not collect card or payment data on this site. Checkout is not yet enabled (payment provider pending).
How we use it
- To answer your enquiry and process any order or return.
- To keep records required for accounting and tax.
Sharing
We share delivery details with the carrier used to dispatch your parcel. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data where required by law.
Retention
We keep enquiry and order records only as long as needed for the purpose above and for legal record-keeping, then delete them.
Your rights
